What information do we collect?
When you sign up online for our newsletter, fill out our contact form, request a quote or make other requests for one of our services, you will be asked to fill in data. In that case, we only process the data that you provide to us yourself. This may include the following data:

  • First and last name;
  • Email address;
  • Phone number;
  • Street and house number;
  • Postal code and city.

For what purpose do we use the personal data?

The data is collected and stored for the following purposes:

  • When you sign up for our newsletter, we ask for your name and email address to send you the monthly newsletter.
  • When you fill out our contact form, we ask for your name , email address and telephone number so we can provide you with a response.
  • When you create an account, we may ask for your name, address, zip code, city, telephone number and email address .
  • When you order a product in our webshop, we can ask for your name, address, zip code, city, telephone number and email address . This information is necessary to send the order, create an invoice and contact you about your order.
  • When you choose to pay with Klarna, you will be asked for a date of birth . This is only processed by Klarna and not stored by us.

By providing us with the data, you give us permission to use the data for the above-mentioned purposes. In addition, some of this data is necessary for the execution of the agreement, if we are going to perform services for you. We therefore process your data on the basis of article 6 paragraph 1 sub a and sub b AVG.

Who do we share your personal data with?

Shopify

Mailerlite

We use Mailerlite to send our newsletters. When you sign up for our newsletter, your data will be stored on the servers of Mailerlite. For this we have concluded a processing agreement with Mailerlite.

Payments

For processing payments you can choose between payment via Mollie (including iDeal, KBC/CBC, Belfius, Bancontact, Creditcard and Sofort banking) or Shopify ( Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay) or Paypal. Credit card payments go through Mollie or Shopify. Post-payment goes through Klarna or Riverty via Mollie. Shipments

We use the services of Monta Shipping. Monta Shipping is used to generate address labels that are attached to your package so that you can track your order using a track & trace code. The actual execution and delivery of your order is in the hands of PostNL, DHL or DPD. It is therefore necessary for us to share your name, address and place of residence details with Monta Shipping and DHL, PostNL or DPD. This data is only used for the purpose of executing the agreement.

WebshopKeur

We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes the name you provide on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we share your name, email address, customer ID and order number with WebwinkelKeur.
