Complaint Handling

It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned. We advise you to first make complaints known to us by sending an email to info@staartjesenstrikjes.nl .

Please describe the complaint clearly and include your details and possibly an order number. Adding a photo of the product clarifies the complaint and speeds up the handling of the complaint.

After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us.
We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it requires more time, we will inform you.

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil .

Consumers in the EU can also file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at
http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
