Returns

Is the order or part of it not quite what you expected? Of course you can return the products.

You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days from the time of the return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. We ship earrings and other jewelry sealed, make sure that this seal is not broken, otherwise returns will no longer be possible. We do this to guarantee the hygiene of these products. With us you are always assured that the products are unworn. When returning the order, the return costs are at your own expense. We will credit the amount within 14 days.

Register your return within 14 days of receiving the order by email. Please clearly state your name, address details and order number and include this with your return. If desired, you can use the returns form.

The entrepreneur will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product if the entire order is returned, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with reimbursement until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.

Return shipments must have sufficient postage (in the event of any additional charges for insufficient or incorrect postage, these costs will be settled when refunding the purchase amount).
The customer is responsible for loss or damage during returns. We cannot reimburse damaged or lost products, so make sure you pack them properly in sturdy packaging. Keep your shipping receipt safe until the return has been processed.

The return shipment remains your responsibility until the package is delivered to us, make sure you have proof of shipping if you want to contact us. When you contact us, always include your order number so that we can help you faster.

Please note, in case of warranty: If you choose a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, we will not refund the additional costs for the more expensive method.
