Refund policy

Is your order, or part of it, not quite what you expected? That’s a pity! Of course, you are welcome to return the products.

You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving any reason. This period starts on the day you receive the product. After notifying us of your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

If the product is damaged or if the packaging is damaged more than necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for the resulting depreciation in value. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Skin-friendly jewelry is shipped sealed. You have the right to cancel your order of skin-friendly jewelry within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, the order is final and can no longer be returned. This policy ensures proper hygiene and guarantees that these products are always unworn.

The return shipping costs are at your own expense. We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

Please register your return by email within 14 days of receiving your order so that we are aware your return is on its way. Then send the products back to us, clearly stating your name, address details, and order number. If desired, you may use our return form.

The seller will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged for the returned product, if the entire order is returned. This reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which the consumer informs the seller of the withdrawal. Unless the seller offers to collect the product himself, the seller may withhold the refund until the product has been received or until the consumer has provided proof of return, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless another method has been agreed upon. The refund will be free of charge for the consumer.

Returned items must be sufficiently postage paid. Any additional charges due to insufficient or incorrect postage will be deducted from the refunded amount. The customer is responsible for loss or damage during the return shipment. We cannot reimburse damaged or lost products, so please ensure the items are well packaged in sturdy packaging. Keep your shipping receipt until the return has been fully processed.

The return shipment remains your responsibility until the package has been delivered to us. Make sure you keep proof of shipment in case you need to contact us. When contacting us, always include your order number so we can assist you more quickly.
