Wearing advice
For the longest possible lifespan, we advise removing the earrings when showering, swimming, and sleeping. Chemical substances in, for example, shampoo, perfume, hair products, or pool water can damage the silver and the gold-plated layer. For screw-back closures, check daily that the backings are still firmly attached and that the skin behind the ears looks calm.
Warranty
We offer a 1-month warranty, provided the earrings have been worn properly. The warranty starts on the day of shipment. Therefore, always check the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you intend to give them as a gift later.
Damage from daily use, such as scratches and dents, fall damage, loss, or discoloration due to chemicals such as perfume, make-up, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorinated water is not covered by the warranty.
