Warranty
We offer a 1-month warranty, provided the earrings have been worn properly. The warranty starts on the day of shipment. Therefore, always check the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you plan to give them as a gift at a later time.
Damage due to daily use, such as scratches and dents, fall damage, loss, or discoloration due to chemicals like perfume, makeup, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorinated water is not covered by the warranty.
