Wearing advice
For the longest possible lifespan, we advise removing the earrings when showering, swimming, and sleeping. Chemical substances in shampoo, perfume, hair products, or swimming pool water, for example, can damage the silver and the gold-plated layer. With screw-back fastenings, check daily if the backings are still securely fastened and if the skin behind the ears looks calm.
Warranty
We offer a 1-month warranty, provided the earrings have been worn properly. The warranty starts on the day of shipment. Therefore, always check the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you intend to give them as a gift at a later time.
Damage due to daily use, such as scratches and dents, fall damage, loss, or discoloration due to chemicals such as perfume, make-up, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorinated water is not covered by the warranty.
