Care instructions
For the longest possible lifespan, we recommend removing the earrings while showering, swimming, and sleeping. Chemicals in, for example, shampoo, perfume, hair products, or swimming pool water can affect the silver and the gold-plated layer. With screw backs, check daily if the backings are still securely fastened and if the skin behind the ears looks calm.
Warranty
We apply a warranty period of 1 month, provided the earrings have been worn properly. The warranty starts on the day of shipment. Therefore, always check the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you intend to give them as a gift later.
Damage due to daily use, such as scratches and dents, fall damage, loss, or discoloration due to chemicals such as perfume, makeup, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorine water are not covered by the warranty.
