Warranty
We offer a warranty period of 1 month, provided the earrings have been worn properly. The warranty starts on the day of shipment. Therefore, always inspect the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you intend to give them as a gift at a later date.
Damage from daily use, such as scratches and dents, fall damage, or discoloration due to chemicals such as perfume, makeup, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorinated water, is not covered by the warranty.
