Wearing advice
For the longest possible lifespan, we recommend removing the earrings when showering, swimming, and sleeping. Chemicals in shampoo, perfume, hair products, or swimming pool water, for example, can affect the silver and the gold-plated layer. For screw-back closures, check daily that the backs are still securely fastened and that the skin behind the ears looks calm.
Warranty
We offer a 1-month warranty, provided the earrings have been worn properly. The warranty starts on the day of shipment. Therefore, always check the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you intend to give them as a gift later.
Damage due to daily use, such as scratches and dents, fall damage, loss, or discoloration due to chemicals such as perfume, make-up, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorinated water is not covered by the warranty.
