Chemicals in, for example, shampoo, perfume, hair products, or swimming water can affect the silver and the gold-plated layer. Warranty
We offer a warranty period of 1 month, provided the earrings have been worn properly. The warranty starts on the day of shipment. Therefore, always check the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you plan to give them as a gift later.
Damage due to daily use, such as scratches and dents, fall damage, loss, or discolouration due to chemicals such as perfume, make-up, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorinated water is not covered by the warranty.
