Wearing advice
For the longest possible lifespan, we recommend taking off the earrings when showering, swimming, and sleeping. Chemical substances in shampoo, perfume, makeup, or pool water, for example, can damage the silver.
Tip: daily check if the backings are still firmly attached. Also, immediately check if everything behind the ears remains calm and if there is no redness or irritation, for example. This way, you'll quickly notice if the earrings are a bit too tight or if the skin reacts sensitively.
Warranty
We offer a 1-month warranty, provided the earrings have been worn properly. The warranty starts on the day of shipment. Therefore, always check the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you plan to give them as a gift at a later time.
Damage from daily use, such as scratches and dents, fall damage, or discoloration due to chemicals like perfume, makeup, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorinated water, is not covered by the warranty.
