Warranty
We offer a warranty period of 1 month, provided the earrings have been worn properly. The warranty begins on the day of dispatch. Therefore, always check the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you intend to give them as a gift at a later date.
Damage due to daily use, such as scratches and dents, fall damage, or discoloration due to chemicals such as perfume, make-up, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorine water, is not covered by the warranty.
