Warranty
We offer a warranty period of 1 month, provided the earrings have been worn properly. The warranty takes effect on the day of shipment. Therefore, always check the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you intend to give them as a gift at a later date.
Damage caused by daily use, such as scratches and dents, damage caused by drops, or discoloration caused by chemicals such as perfume, make-up, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorinated water, is not covered by the warranty.
