Wearing advice
For the longest possible lifespan, we recommend removing the earrings when showering, swimming, and sleeping. Chemicals in products such as shampoo, perfume, hair products, or swimming pool water can tarnish the silver.
Tip: daily check that the backs are still securely fastened and also check that the area behind the ears remains calm, without redness or irritation. Do not overtighten the screw-back, ensuring there is enough space behind the ear.
Warranty
We offer a 1-month warranty, provided the earrings have been worn properly. The warranty begins on the day of shipment. Therefore, always check the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you plan to give them as a gift at a later time.
Damage from daily use, such as scratches and dents, fall damage, or discolouration due to chemicals like perfume, make-up, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorine water, is not covered by the warranty.
