Screw-back fastening – how it works
You place the earring in the ear and then screw the backing onto the post until it is firmly secured. Tip: screw until you feel resistance and it's comfortable (not too tight). Daily check if the backings are still securely fastened and also check if the skin behind the ears is calm (for example, not red or irritated). Tightening and checking only takes a few seconds, but it really makes a difference in comfort.
Wearing advice
Silver stays its best if you keep it dry and avoid contact with perfume, creams, shampoo, or chlorinated water as much as possible. Preferably remove the earrings when showering, swimming, and sleeping.
Warranty
We offer a 1-month warranty on the earrings, provided they have been worn properly. The warranty starts on the day we ship the earrings to you. Please keep this in mind if you plan to give the earrings as a gift at a later time, and always inspect them upon receipt.
The warranty does not cover scratches, dents, or other damage that may occur through daily use. Damage from falls and damage or discoloration due to contact with chemicals such as perfume, makeup, shampoo, hair styling products, or chlorinated water are also not covered by the warranty.
