Warranty
We offer a 1-month warranty, provided the earrings have been worn properly. The warranty starts on the day of shipment. Therefore, always check the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you intend to give them as a gift later.
Damage from daily use, such as scratches and dents, damage from dropping, or discoloration due to chemicals such as perfume, makeup, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorinated water are not covered by the warranty.
