Warranty
We offer a 1-month warranty, provided the earrings have been worn properly. The warranty begins on the day of shipment. Therefore, always check the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you intend to give them as a gift later.
Damage from daily use, such as scratches and dents, fall damage, or discoloration due to chemicals such as perfume, makeup, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorinated water is not covered by the warranty.
