Warranty
We offer a 1-month warranty, provided the earrings have been worn appropriately. The warranty starts on the day of shipment. Therefore, always check the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you plan to give them as a gift later.
Damage due to daily use, such as scratches and dents, fall damage, or discoloration caused by chemicals like perfume, make-up, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorine water, is not covered by the warranty.
