Warranty
We offer a 1-month warranty, provided the earrings have been worn properly. The warranty begins on the day of shipment. Therefore, always inspect the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you plan to give them as a gift at a later date.
Damage from daily use, such as scratches and dents, damage from dropping, or discoloration due to chemicals like perfume, makeup, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorinated water, is not covered by the warranty.
