Wearing advice
For the longest possible lifespan, we advise removing the earrings when showering, swimming, and sleeping. Chemicals in shampoo, perfume, hair products, or swimming water, for example, can affect the silver and the gold-plated layer. With screw-back closures, check daily that the backs are still securely fastened and that the skin behind the ears looks calm.
Warranty
We offer a 1-month warranty, provided the earrings have been worn properly. The warranty starts on the day of shipment. Therefore, always check the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you plan to give them as a gift at a later time.
Damage from daily use, such as scratches and dents, fall damage, loss, or discoloration due to chemicals such as perfume, makeup, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorinated water are not covered by the warranty.
