Wearing advice
To ensure the longest possible lifespan, we recommend removing the earrings when showering, swimming, or sleeping. Chemicals in products such as shampoo, perfume, hair products, or pool water can damage the silver and the gold-plated layer. For screw backings, check daily that the backings are still secure and that the skin behind the ears looks healthy.

Warranty
We offer a 1-month warranty, provided the earrings have been worn properly. The warranty period begins on the day of shipment. Therefore, always check the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you intend to give them as a gift at a later time.

Damage caused by daily use, such as scratches and dents, impact damage, loss, or discoloration due to chemicals such as perfume, makeup, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorinated water is not covered by the warranty.
