Warranty
We offer a 1-month warranty period, provided the earrings have been worn properly. The warranty begins on the day of shipment. Therefore, always check the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you intend to give them as a gift at a later time.

Damage caused by daily use, such as scratches and dents, damage from dropping, loss, or discoloration due to chemicals such as perfume, makeup, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorinated water is not covered by the warranty.
