Wearing advice
For the longest possible lifespan, we recommend removing the earrings when showering, swimming, and sleeping. Chemicals in, for example, shampoo, perfume, hair products, or pool water can damage the silver and the gold-plated layer. With screw backs, check daily if the backs are still securely fastened and if the skin behind the ears looks calm.
Warranty
We offer a 1-month warranty, provided the earrings have been worn properly. The warranty starts on the day of shipment. Therefore, always check the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you plan to give them as a gift at a later date.
Damage due to daily use, such as scratches and dents, fall damage, loss, or discoloration caused by chemicals like perfume, make-up, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorinated water is not covered by the warranty.
