Warranty
We offer a 1-month warranty, provided the earrings have been worn properly. The warranty starts on the day of dispatch. Therefore, always check the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you intend to give them as a gift at a later date.

Damage due to daily use, such as scratches and dents, fall damage, or discolouration caused by chemicals such as perfume, make-up, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorinated water is not covered by the warranty.
