Wearing advice
For the longest possible lifespan, we recommend removing the earrings when showering, swimming, and sleeping. Chemical substances in, for example, shampoo, perfume, hair products, or swimming pool water can damage the silver and the stones.

For screw-back closures, check daily that the backs are still securely fastened. Also, check that everything behind the ears still looks calm and that no redness or irritation is visible. Do not overtighten the backs against the ear, so that there is sufficient space and it remains comfortable to wear.

Warranty
We apply a warranty period of 1 month, provided the earrings have been worn properly. The warranty starts on the day of shipment. Therefore, always check the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you intend to give them as a gift at a later date.

Damage due to daily use, such as scratches and dents, fall damage, or discoloration due to chemicals such as perfume, make-up, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorinated water is not covered by the warranty.
