Wearing advice
For the longest possible lifespan, we recommend removing the earrings while showering, swimming, and sleeping. Chemicals in, for example, shampoo, perfume, hair products, or swimming water can affect the silver. For screw-back closures, check daily that the backs are still firmly attached and that the skin behind the ears looks calm.

Warranty
We apply a warranty period of 1 month, provided the earrings have been worn properly. The warranty starts on the day of shipment. Therefore, always check the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you intend to give them as a gift at a later time.

Damage due to daily use, such as scratches and dents, fall damage, loss or discoloration due to chemicals such as perfume, make-up, shampoo, hair styling products and chlorinated water, is not covered by the warranty.
