Warranty
We offer a 1-month warranty, provided the earrings have been worn properly. The warranty begins on the day of shipment. Therefore, always inspect the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you plan to give them as a gift at a later time.
Damage from daily use, such as scratches and dents, fall damage, or discolouration due to chemicals such as perfume, makeup, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorinated water is not covered by the warranty.
