Warranty
We offer a 1-month warranty, provided the earrings have been worn correctly. The warranty begins on the day of shipment. Therefore, always check the earrings immediately upon receipt, especially if you plan to give them as a gift later.
Damage due to daily use, such as scratches and dents, damage from falls, or discoloration from chemicals like perfume, makeup, shampoo, hair styling products, and chlorinated water, is not covered by the warranty.
